چکیده

Sensory disturbances in the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) prior to treatment can be attributed various factors, including site, type of fracture, and fracture displacement. Therefore, it is interest assess incidence injuries associated with mandibular fractures before after surgical treatment. Group A consisted patients paresthesia treatment, while B significant difference was observed between two groups, a p-value 0.031 (p < 0.05) overall IAN deficit 57.33% 61.33% These findings highlight importance promptly identifying managing minimize long-term consequences.
